LPHI’s Health Promotion and Disease Prevention programs provide individuals with the tools they need to make informed decisions about their well being by utilizing interventions developed through LPHI’s social marketing methodology. Centered primarily on the social, physical, economic and political factors that affect health, programs within LPHI’s Division of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention include:
Health Systems Development
The programs within LPHI’s Division of Health Systems Development provide leadership, convening, brokering, technical assistance, resource acquisition and management support to a variety of community partners and organizations. The goal of this division is to help advance our communities by improving population health and reducing disparities in health outcomes through the development of high quality, accessible and integrated health systems.
